Your day begins with an early morning pick-up from your hotel in Hurghada, followed by a scenic drive along the Red Sea coast towards the south. The journey takes you to Abu Dabbab Bay, one of Egypt’s most famous natural wonders, known for its clear turquoise water, soft sandy beach, and abundant marine life.
Upon arrival, you’ll immediately feel the serenity of this paradise — the gentle sound of the waves, the soft golden sand, and the inviting blue of the Red Sea. Abu Dabbab, also called Turtle Bay, is a protected marine area where sea turtles and dugongs (sea cows) are frequently spotted.
After a short briefing, your experienced snorkeling guide will help you get ready for your first snorkeling session. Equipped with your mask, snorkel, and fins, you’ll glide into the warm crystal-clear waters and discover a vibrant coral reef teeming with colorful fish, starfish, and other marine species.
During your first session, keep your eyes open — this is one of the few places in Egypt where you can swim alongside giant sea turtles in their natural habitat. Watching these gentle creatures move gracefully through the water is truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
Between snorkeling sessions, relax on the beach, sunbathe, or enjoy a refreshing drink while admiring the stunning view. Then savor a delicious buffet lunch served at the beachfront restaurant, before heading back to the sea for your second snorkeling adventure.
Your guide will take you to another part of the bay to explore new sections of the reef and witness even more of the incredible biodiversity that makes Abu Dabbab so unique.
As the afternoon sun begins to set, take one last swim or simply sit on the sand, soaking in the tranquility of this special place. Finally, you’ll return to Hurghada with unforgettable memories of a day spent in harmony with nature.
